About

The Safety and Resilience Indicator (SRI), Our Community Index (OCI), and Psychological Safety Index (PSI) have been developed over the past few years with the aim to provide industry with a safety measure that moves away from zero and provide a score between 0 and 100 (%). The SRI and OCI build on the principles of Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), which have inspired new methodologies and best practices aimed at optimising the capabilities of humans working in organisations. The SRI is unique as it is founded on a mix of quantitative and qualitative data and opinions of workers and leaders involved in the work. The outputs of the SRI, OCI and PSI are represented in accessible graphs for interpretation and to make recommendations for progress.
